Bubblers Athletics Winter Game Day Guide for Spectators, Visiting Teams, and Officials.

The Recertification Form can be completed by any student-athlete, grades 7th – 12th grade, who completed the Preparticipation Forms for the Fall of 2024-2025 and was a member of a Fall Athletic Team.

The Game Day Guide is provided for fans and visiting teams to support a positive experience when attending Bubblers Athletics Events.

The PIAA requires completion and submission of the Foreign Exchange/ International Form for considering eligibility.Foreign Exchange and/ or International Students require the following documents:1. PIAA Foreign Exchange Student/International Student Eligibility Agreement (FORM).2. Applicable VISA — (a passport is not accepted)3. Completed PIAA CIPPE Form.4. The Athletic Handbook is meant to serve student-athletes, parents, coaches, and athletic personnel in all aspects related to being a part of an interscholastic athletic program.

Students interested in competing on an interscholastic junior high level and/ or high school level athletic team are required to complete and submit the Bubblers Athletics Pre-Participation Forms. Eligibility is reviewed and pending receipt of all required PIAA and South Middleton School District documents, students will be provided clearance to begin participation and roster consideration.

Board approved athletic staff (volunteer) are required to annually submit a volunteer disclosure statement form. This information is stored in the District Office and will be provided as part of the onboarding procedures.
